CRG's standard hours of operation are Monday thru Friday; 7:00 am until 6:00 pm. CRG does offer additional hours and weekend classroom rentals based on individual Client needs.

How many students can your PC classrooms accommodate? |

CRG's classroom suites various in size and typically accommodate 24 to 32 PC's, but for larger groups, CRG has a classroom that can accommodate up to 40 PC's. |

Do you have full time facility staff and technical support staff on site at all times to assist with my classroom needs? |

Our facility is always fully staffed with professional and courteous team members to assist you in all phases of you event. CRG staff members will assist you and your attendees with hotel accommodations, transportation, and any other issues that may arise before or during your event. |

Can I ship my materials to the facility prior to the first day of class? |

Yes you can. All materials, boxes and additional equipment need to be addressed to: Wendy Bowles, Client Services Manager. Please list the company name or class description on the box. |

Will CRG set out my materials prior to my class if I request? |

Of course we will. The CRG staff will distribute your materials for you so that your classroom will be ready upon the arrival of your instructor. |

How far in advance do I need to reserve my classroom space at CRG? |

Availability of CRG's classrooms is based on a first come first serve basis and there is no set time limit on reserving space. The staff members of CRG will do their best to accommodate last minute classroom needs that arise. For instances when a CRG classroom is not available, we also work with local affiliated facilities ensuring that our Clients never have to search for a classroom space. |
